In our experience, most builders are happy to install roof lanterns, but it is always worth discussing this with your builder prior to ordering.

As with most glass products, the roof lantern will need to be cleaned from time to time, with warm soapy water. Fortunately, the angle of the glass tends to look after itself. We can apply an easy clean coating on the glass in the factory, if really necessary, but we wouldn’t do this as standard.
