Delivery terms

Stock items within delivered within 48 hours (*subject to availability), custom sizes (excluding Sliding rooflight) normally 15-20 working days (subject to workload at the time of ordering). Sliding and Circular rooflights delivery 35 working days (subject to workload at the time of ordering).  Please note, due to current high demand for our products, please call for current lead times prior to ordering. Thank you.

Duplus will endeavour to satisfy the dates stated on our order acknowledgements. We pride ourselves on producing high quality products which meet our customers exacting standards. However, on occasion our quality inspections may reveal a quality issue which may ultimately delay the delivery of goods beyond the date stated on our order acknowledgement. We undertake to advise you of any delay to the delivery of your order and at all times will endeavour to minimise any such delay.

Delivery charges: Standard refers to counties within England except Devon and Cornwall.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

Duplus Architectural Systems Ltd are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation via the recommended sources and in line with the available Government and Public Health England guidelines.

Unless otherwise instructed, we intend to provide a normal service whilst protecting our staff and customers as much as possible.

As of today, we have asked all our technical sales team to limit face to face contact as and where possible and to use alternative communication methods in the form of email or telephone. We ask anyone wishing to visit Duplus or our showroom, to make alternative arrangements and liaise via the aformentioned communication methods.

We have implemented procedures that will enable staff to work remotely should that become necessary and have instigated additional measures to limit potential exposure to the virus and to continue operating come what may.

We will keep you updated of any further developments that could impact on the service we provide.
