Based closely on our popular fixed rooflight design our modular rooflights are fixed and non-opening. Ideal for larger roof openings beyond the maximum length of fixed skylights.
Unlike traditional ‘stepped edge’ glass rooflights where the outer edge of the glass is exposed and consequently vulnerable to breakage, our rooflights fully enclose the double-glazed units within perimeter framework to eliminate this risk.
Manufactured with a silicone joint between each glazing section, each modular skylight can be custom and made to measure to almost any length required. All are constructed in our UK factory by our experienced team.
Duplus modular rooflights are double glazed in clear toughened and HEATSOAKED safety glass as standard.

Our modular rooflights satisfy the thermal performance criteria defined in the Building Regulations and achieve a high resistance to condensation under normal conditions. True U-value and Ud-values are available upon request.
The extruded aluminium perimeter frame is powder coated RAL 7016 dark grey matt or RAL 9005 black matt as standard. Other RAL colour options are available upon request.

Yes, our modular rooflights can be used on pitched roofs up to a maximum pitch of 70 degrees. The minimum pitch required for water run-off is 5 degrees.
The maximum width of the top to bottom span we provide is 1300mm.
Our rooflights do not require flashing kits. They are designed to sit on a weather-proofed upstand and have an integral gasket that creates the weather seal.
Yes, we do offer triple glazing on modular rooflights. However, we only recommend triple glazing if the rest of the room below is also triple-glazed.
