Our contemporary styled, triple glazed rooflight for flat and pitched roofs incorporates structural silicone glazing, ensuring a complete factory-finished, fully watertight product with a high quality and elegant appearance.
Unlike traditional ‘stepped edge’ glass rooflights (where the outer edge of the glass is exposed and consequently vulnerable to breakage), our rooflights fully enclose the triple glazed unit within the perimeter framework to eliminate this risk.
These rooflights benefit from state-of-the-art ‘Triple’ glazing to achieve a centre pane U-value of 0.6 without adding any additional weight to the unit. We also offer a high-performance solar control to minimise solar gain (g) and maximise light transmittance (Lt).
Duplus triple-glazed skylights are available with clear toughened safety glass as standard.

Our triple-glazed fixed roof lights are easy to install. An internal perimeter gasket allows the rooflight to be placed directly on top of the builder’s kerb, without the need for site-applied silicone. The unit is then screwed to the builder’s kerb externally and a matching cover clip is then applied to conceal the fixings.
Duplus triple-glazed roof windows satisfy the thermal performance criteria defined in the Building Regulations and achieve high resistance to condensation under normal conditions. True U-value and Ud-values are available upon request.
Tested for weather tightness to BS EN 14351-1:2006 +A1:2010 clauses 4.2, 4.5 and 4.14 – Test reports are available in our technical section.
The extruded aluminium perimeter frame is powder-coated RAL 7016 dark grey matt or RAL 9005 black matt as standard. Other RAL colour options are available upon request.
As standard on all triple glazed units, we incorporate a clear low ‘E’ glass achieving a centre pane U-value of 0.6 W/m²K. Also available is our double-glazed fixed rooflight version.

The overall centre pane u-value of the triple-glazed glass is 0.6 W/m2 K. However there are other elements to consider such as the frame material and the overall size of the rooflight required.
